Couples recommend it for stunning views

The views from the room were simply breathtaking we could see plenty of Lake Lucerne and the mountains just outside the balcony. The staff were super helpful made us feel like family and the dinner was good enough that we didn't even want to leave for a meal elsewhere.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the experience.

The rooms are saturated with noise disturbances at night!!! The lack of air conditioning or effective shading makes for an unpleasant stay, especially during hot summer months!!! Bathroom fixtures are outdated and need urgent upgrading!!!
